Online Booking
You can now book online for all events. Simply visit the show page and click on the 'Book Now' link.

In Person
Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm or 15 minutes after the performance begins. On Sundays and Bank Holidays the Ticket Office is closed unless there is a performance when it is open from 1 hour 30 minutes before the performance and until 15 minutes after the performance begins.

By Phone
The Ticket Office is open for telephone bookings, with the exception that the Ticket Office closes for telephone bookings half an hour before the performance begins on performance days.

Methods of Payment
Most major credit and debit cards, cash and cheques are accepted at the Ticket Office. All telephone bookings will be subject to a £1 per ticket booking charge capped at £4 per transaction; in person bookings will be subject to 50p per ticket capped at £4 per transaction; online purchases will be subject to 75p per ticket capped at £3. Cash payments, Friends and Group Bookings of 10+ are exempt from booking fees.

Please note: On events with a £2 booking fee per ticket, these fees are not capped.

Reservations
Tickets can be reserved for 5 working days or 24 hours before the show, whichever is appropriate.

Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be refunded once paid for unless a performance is postponed or cancelled. Exchanges can be made for another performance of the same show subject to availability and a handling charge of £2 per booking.

Data Protection
From time to time the Wyvern Theatre would like to let you know about future productions we think you may be interested in and special offers. We will ask your consent for this when you book your tickets. If you would prefer not to receive such information please inform the member of staff who answers your call. The Wyvern Theatre is committed to complying with the Data Protection Act (1998) and to upholding the principles of good information handling practice. When booking online your details will be used to inform you about forthcoming events. You have the opportunity to opt our of this during the time you are making your booking. If you do not wish to be on our marketing lists (and not receive our brochure) please contact Ticket Office on 01793 524481 or email info@wyverntheatre.org.uk including your full name, address and postcode.

Concessions
Over 60s, under 16s, full time students and people who are Registered Disabled are entitled to concession prices where stated.

Standby
Full time students in further education can purchase unsold tickets for just £5 one hour prior to any performance (conditions apply).

Access
Wheelchair users pay the lowest ticket price available and if accompanied by a carer, the carer's ticket is free of charge. Please advise us of your needs at the time of booking. We also have an infra-red Sennheiser system fitted in the main auditorium for people with hearing difficulties. Please contact the Ticket Office for further details. Please note carer tickets are only available for wheelchair patrons. This is in the interests of safety.
